The joint venture between the German mortgage and financial products integrator Hypoport AG and Stater Participations B.V., the largest Dutch mortgage servicer, will introduce their highly innovative internet- based mortgage platform EUROPACE into the Dutch market. The company creates a web- based marketplace to allow lenders, service providers and advisors to connect together and originate mortgages with high speed and cost efficiency. Hypoport Stater B.V. was founded as of 16th of January 2007 and is located in Eindhoven. 

Hypoport Stater B.V. will bring the internet-based mortgage origination platform EUROPACE into the Dutch market. Driven by the success of the EUROPACE platform already achieved in Germany with a transaction volume of €15 Billion in 2010, They intend to offer the same concept to the Dutch market. Their goal is to establish a more efficient mortgage market place to improve and streamline the interaction between all players in the mortgage value chain. In this respect their clients are intermediaries, service providers and all kinds of funders and lenders.
