Cindy de Putter - Managing director Hypoport Stater B.V.

After graduating from the Fontys Hogeschool in Eindhoven, Cindy de Putter simultaneously started at the University of Nijmegen and her career at Rabobank Nederland in 1994. After her study in Nijmegen, she started working as manager of a mortgage department.

After several years she switched to consultancy and was involved in the international expansion of Stater in Germany, Belgium and Spain. In this position she supported several strategic and client implementations for Stater Deutschland, she also was responsible for the organizational part of the take- over of CBHK (Centraal Bureau voor Hypothecair Krediet) by Stater Belgium. In 2001 she started a full time position as consultant and Business Continuity Manager at Stater Belgium in Brussels. In 2008 she started as an account manager at Stater Nederland being responsible for several large accounts.

As managing director of Hypoport Stater B.V., she is currently responsible for the day-to-day management of the company, focusing on strategy, sales, finance and legal.

Leon van Dooren - Managing director Hypoport Stater B.V.

Leon van Dooren graduated at Tilburg University and started his career in an IT company, TAS Top Talent. In his position he was seconded to Stater as a test coordinator, being co-responsible for setting up a new test department.

Based on the successful Secondment he started his new position as a consultant and project manager at Stater. He was involved in the international expansion strategy of Stater for several years, working in Germany, Belgium, Spain and Italy, among others. Besides several business development projects, client implementations (both domestic and abroad) and country surveys, Leon was also responsible for the organizational insourcing project of the ABN Amro portfolio to Stater.

Being familiar with Hypoport AG and the EUROPACE concept, he was one of the main drivers to setup Hypoport Stater B.V. in the Dutch market.

As managing director of Hypoport Stater B.V., he is currently responsible for the operational day-to-day management of the company, focusing on internal operations and the development of the EUROPACE platform.
