The mission of Hypoport Stater B.V. is to establish an efficient mortgage marketplace in the Dutch retail mortgage market to improve and streamline the interaction between all players in the mortgage value chain.

To achieve this mission Hypoport Stater B.V. is developing and exploiting a software based online distribution platform which enables advise, application and fulfillment of retail mortgages. This distribution platform is called EUROPACE.

Hypoport Stater B.V. is offering an independent online mortgage origination platform. With EUROPACE, we provide a one-of-a-kind solution, that significantly enhances the current market and processing. EUROPACE is an online transaction platform for all kind of distributors, service providers and funders, enabling true online integration between all parties involved in the end-to-end retail mortgage process. Hereby their USP is to offer a full qualification of the mortgage application at the point of sale and thus allowing a secure decision immediately during the advice of the consumer.
