Ronald Slabke - Co-Chief Executive Officer Hypoport AG
Ronald Slabke was born in 1973. Following studies in business administration, he worked at Westdeutsche ImmobilienBank as a client relationship manager in its domestic investment banking business from 1995 to 1996. In mid-1996, he moved to Dr. Klein & Co. GmbH & Co. KG as assistant to the managing director and was given the full commercial power of representation (Prokura) in 1998. In this role, he developed the new Private Clients business unit from the end of 1998. In January 2000, he was appointed to the Management Board of Dr. Klein & Co. AG (formerly Dr. Klein & Co. GmbH & Co. KG), where he held responsibility for private clients, information technology and finance. With the integration of Dr. Klein & Co. AG into the Hypoport Group, Ronald Slabke joined the Management Board of Hypoport AG from 1 January 2002 and since 2007 has been Co-CEO. He also became a member of the Group Executive Committee of Hypoport AG when this body was set up in 2006.
Klaus Kannen - Member Management Board of Hypoport Finance AG
Klaus Kannen was born on 17 May 1963 in Mönchengladbach. After gaining a degree in business management, he started working for Commerzbank AG – ultimately becoming Director in charge of the branches in the region of Velbert. He then joined SEB AG (formerly BfG Bank AG) where he was initially responsible for Private Client Sales in the region of Düsseldorf before moving to Frankfurt to manage the central Private Clients/Branch Offices division and, at the same time, to become Director of SEB AG in charge of managing the sales activities of the South German region.
He has been with Hypoport Group since April 2005, where he was initially appointed to the Management Board of Dr. Klein & Co. Aktiengesellschaft. In charge of the "Private Clients" business unit, he was responsible for private client financial product solutions across all sales channels. Nowadays, Klaus Kannen is a Member of the Management Board of Hypoport Finance AG, where he is responsible for strategic cooperation within the Group. He is also Managing Director of FINMAS GmbH where he is working with members of Sparkassen-Finanzgruppe (the German savings banks group) to develop a financial marketplace for savings banks.
Govert Versteeg - Director Information Services Stater N.V.
On January 1, 2006, Govert Versteeg was appointed managing director of Stater MIT/IPO, currently joined in Information Services.Before joining Stater, Govert worked for various financial service providers, including VSB, Fortis and Dexia, and IT company Centric.At those companies, he filled positions in marketing and business development as well as in ICT, gaining broad managerial and other experience in the areas of finance and ICT. As managing director of Stater Information Services, Govert also bears final responsibility for the new Estate mortgage system.
Sander Pleij - Chief Finance & Risk Officer
As of October 1st Sander Pleij has been appointed as Chief Finance & Risk Officer at Stater. Sander studied Law and Business Economics in Utrecht. He started his career in 1999 at ABN AMRO Bank where he gained his broad experience in various financials and commercial positions.
